Our office is located in the the growing area of Harbor Bay Parkway in Alameda. We are across the street from the old Oakland Raider's Headquarters and just around the corner from Peet's Coffee Roasters with a beautiful view of the San Francisco Bay.
The staff at Harbor Bay Chiropractic consists of Chiropractor Dr. Kimball Wong. Dr. Wong utilizes Chiropractic Biophysics, a technique that addresses how posture effects the biomechanics of the spine. Mildeen Sammons has been our office manager for 20 years, keeping the business running smoothly. She handles all aspects of insurance billing and is usually the kind voice you will hear when calling.

Kimball A. Wong, DC
Dr. Wong is a native to the Bay Area and has lived most of his life in San Francisco. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.A. degree in Physical Education. Dr. Wong's past personal experience in health care prompted his decision to a career of helping others through Chiropractic. His work experiences include Emergency Medical Service in Alameda County and Health Education in Southeast Alaska. He attended Life Chiropractic College-West in Hayward where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in June 1985, graduating with honors.
During his attendance at Life Chiropractic College-West, Dr. Wong was active and motivated to advance the science of Chiropractic and served as President of the Upper Cervical Club. Dr. Wong was a past instructor at Life Chiropractic College West teaching Chiropractic Biophysics in technique dept. He continues to be active on teaching by having students intern in his office. Dr. Wong completed a certificate in sports injury management and is a certified chiropractic sport physician. He is also a Qualified Medical Evaluator for the state of California. He stays active participating in numerous sports. His accomplishments includes completing the California AIDS Ride, Double Dipsea, Providian-Saturn Relay, several marathons and multiple half marathons.
In the fall, Dr. Wong splits his energy to coach High School cross country, which allows him the opportunity to keep in shape and at the same time share his passion for sports.
During the winter season, Dr. Wong coaches a local high school girls basketball team.
Dr. Wong believes that Chiropractic is the answer to an alternative source of primary health care. As a Chiropractor, he is able to help many people with various health problems that are caused by abnormal stresses on their spinal column. These abnormal stresses can cause subluxations (spinal angles and misalignments) and irritation to the nerve when allowed to continue without correction.
