A Message from Dr. Wong
September 2025
Dear Friends and Patients,
It is with a full heart and deep gratitude that I announce my retirement as your Chiropractor. It has been one of the greatest privileges of my life to care for so many of you over the years. I want to truly thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey toward better health.
I’m pleased to share that Harbor Bay Chiropractic will remain open! Dr. Riley Miller, DC, a fellow Alameda Chiropractor, will continue providing quality care at our current office. The practice will retain the same name, office location, phone number, and website; but most importantly, you’ll continue to receive the high standard of care you've come to expect.
I have complete confidence in Dr. Miller’s clinical expertise and his compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Feel free to say hello and ask him any questions as you see him around the office more. To ensure a smooth transition, Dr. Miller and I will be working together through the end of October. You may also see me around through November continuing to support the change. Learn more about Dr. Miller below this letter.
Your patient records will be securely transferred to Dr. Miller on October 31st, 2025 unless you request otherwise. If you would like a copy of your records or wish to have them sent to another provider at any time, please contact us at (510) 521-6211 or [email protected].
Thank you for the trust, kindness, and connection we’ve shared over the years. It has been an absolute honor to care for you and your family.
Yours in Health,
Dr. Kimball Wong DC

About Dr. Riley Miller DC
Born and raised in the East Bay, Dr. Miller grew up developing a love for embracing community, playing sports, and even co-founded a fairly successful clothing company while at Livermore High School. He became very interested in learning about the ins-and-outs of health sciences at a young age– leading to a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, with a focus in Therapeutic Studies from Cal-State University, East Bay. Throughout undergrad, Dr. Miller was very active around campus, eventually being elected into multiple Vice President, Officer, and Chair positions within Student Government and Greek Life.
Dr. Miller earned his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from Life West Chiropractic College, following Dr. Wong, where he studied a variety of different treatment techniques, analysis, and philosophy to help restore function and ease within the body. His primary goal is to provide long-lasting wellness & education for patients, so that they can get back to living a life free of pain and full of movement.
He emphasizes holistic healing of the body, beyond just the spine, making sure each visit is patient-focused and tailored for you. He has helped several upper and lower limb conditions, and includes at-home educational tips for breathing, posture, ergonomics, and nutrition.
In his free time, Dr. Miller enjoys catching up with friends & family, tinkering with his aquarium, and going to local events on the island and Bay Area. He’s always been a fan of sports and games, most recently watching football & hockey, while also learning to play golf!
Fun fact: Dr. Miller’s face was on the side of one of Cal-State East Bay’s Buses from 2019–2025!
